I like the attention paid to the web and the small strands connecting the spun web. The expression on both characters is great. I also like your interpretation of the insect and arachnid anatomy. The spider guy has a really nice fuzzy round feeling to him.
Do you leave these as sepia/monochrome images or do you finish them with color later? I like the look of the sepia if it is complete.

I love it! The fly is hilarious, he's even cross-eyed. I like how you made 6 of the spider's leg's holding each of the 6 fly's legs. The web is super cool too!
This is going to stay a sepia toned photoshop painting.
My plan is to turn down the opacity on these and print them on heavy stock paper and paint over them with acrylic. Thinking about selling some original paintings.
